A pastor, administrator, and teaching consultant, Daryl C. Roselle earned a bachelor’s in early childhood education from Norfolk State University in 1991 and has since garnered experience through a number of roles in the education sector. He spent the first 13 years of his career as a K-8 teacher with Norfolk City Public Schools and later served as a principal and special education specialist with Richmond City Public Schools. Daryl Roselle now concurrently serves as a national educational consultant with the Center for Teacher Effectiveness and one of the building administrators for the Piedmont Regional Educational Program at Ivy Creek School.

As an educational consultant, Dr. Roselle analyzes relevant data to develop behavioral management plans and presents a maximized instructional model, “Time to Teach”, to superintendents, directors, and school principals. He has also presented lectures on topics such as: foundations of conflict, mediation, group facilitation, crisis management, negotiations, transformative leadership, data-informed leadership, and social-emotional learning in special education settings.

Additionally, Dr. Roselle created a conflict resolution curriculum for inmates at Riverside Regional jail. This was implemented as a six-month course for inmates with a culminating graduation exercise for those who completed the course. Curriculum topics included: anger management, family dynamics, gender and conflict, emotional intelligence, and stress management in crisis situations.

Daryl Roselle has continued to expand upon his education throughout his career. He earned a master’s in educational leadership and supervision from Regent University in 2005 and a master’s in conflict resolution studies along with a Ph.D. in conflict analysis and resolution from Nova Southeastern University in 2017. More recently, Dr. Roselle obtained a post graduate certificate in Advanced Qualitative Research from Nova Southeastern University in 2019. In addition to his work in education, he has served as Senior Pastor and Ordained Elder at the Land of Promise Apostolic Church in Branchville, Virginia, since 2013, an affiliate of the Church of our Lord Jesus Christ of the Apostolic Faith, Inc (C.O.O.L.J.C.) since 2004.
